2025

The 2025 prices are up to 8 persons. For each extra person the charge is 50€ per day.

Our rates are per unit per week and are quoted in Euros including municipal TAX and VAT.

Traditional welcome basket
Supply of informative leaflets suggesting places one can have their meals or a drink or go shopping and excursions. In addition, information regarding the area’s important sightseeing sites, monuments and worth-visiting beaches is provided in those leaflets
Clean services and bedding change twice a week
Pool cleaning twice a week
Garden trim and care once a week

Clean services on a daily basis
Traditional local food (of Crete) delivered to the Villa
Provision of products in the villa the moment of your arrival will be available on request
Medical care provided on request
Arranging and organizing any kind of events (birthday parties for minors and seniors, special events for newly-married couples and special events for the celebration of wedding anniversaries e.t.c.)
Day trips (either individually –organized or participating in groups)
Transportation from/to the port or airport
Car rental
Bike rental

Minimum stay 7 nights (in case you wish to stay less than that, please contact us to settle an arrangement)
Changeover day is Saturday to Saturday
Electricity, water, air-condition use, internet bills as well as the pool’s/garden’s maintenance and clean services of the Villa are all included in the price
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. (check-in flexibility is determined by the Villa’s availability in each case)
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. (extended check-out is determined exclusively by the Villa’s availability in each case)
